Throughout the 6-day orientation program, special guest, Mr. Jitender Kumar Bhardwaj, Director of BEACON IAS, explained how to understand the UPSC and Civil Service Examination, as well as guidance from preparation and guided the basic concept to prepare for the CSE. He also interacted extensively with the candidates to learn more about the queries made by the aspirants.
During these six days, many serving civil servants from IAS, IPS, ACS and APS supported the orientation program by sharing their experiences and providing useful information to pass the civil service exam.
